I was quite disappointed with the brow lamination and to be honest the service. I say this only to help improve. The space felt cold and uninviting, the lady was not super welcoming and made really no effort to make me feel comfortable. She barely said two words to me the entire appointment. Just sat over at the register on her phone. I questioned the technique of the application because I’ve had my brows done many times before and they always glue them up nice and straight so that the solution works to shape them in that direction. She just kind of abruptly told me they would be fine and just one day later they are not at all like I’ve even had them done. I think if you choose to work in beauty services you should go to every length to make sure you make your clients feel welcomed and comfortable and you should also stay on top of the latest techniques to ensure your customer is happy with the end result.

I had my lashes done by a young lady named TING-TING and she was fabulous! Not only is she efficient, but she set my mind at ease (I've only had them done twice before now) and she has a great sense of humour. She doesn't mind if you want to keep up a steady stream of chatter or if you want to dose off (I did both). I would happily come back again and only wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! Well done Juan, you have an amazing apprentice.
